I have a hypothesis that some people were born stoked, others need a little help getting and staying stoked and some choose not to be stoked. Or rather it takes a whole lot of time and effort to get them stoked.
Urban Dictionary never disappoints: to be completely and intensely enthusiastic, exhilarated, or excited about something. When one is stoked, there is no limit to what one can do.
