I was recently taking all of the "words" off of my bulletin board for the new school year and these words made the cut for year two.
These Latin words mean "now I begin" or "I have started now".

It is time to for sacred routines.
It is time to do the work and take your care of yourself so you can pour yourself into others.
Eat and drink prudently and intentionally.
Work like a sled dog.
Love like Mother Teresa.
Pray like you are dying.
Move and stretch your body like a maniac.
Spend time with people who fill your cup with grace and stories.
Sleep well and continue to dance like no one is watching.
