I have tried to come up with all sorts of metaphors for what may be standing in the way of people wanting or being able to change. Hurdles. High hurdles. Road bumps. Knots. Kinks. Neuroticism. Unwillingness. Inability. Ahh....mountains!
The mountains in our minds may seem unnavigable -- but who says we have to climb the mountain or move the mountain?
Can we find a little creek and an innertube to get through? How about a small river and a boat? What about the perfect little hidden forest with a small dirt path?
We don't have to move mountains.
We must merely find our way through them.
